Responsibilities
We're looking for a Customer Service ES Team Lead to join our awesome team :)

  • You will take over the operational management of your team with the goal of ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
  • You define the work processes and also ensure compliance with the processes in your team.
  • Based on the reports you create and make analysis of key figures, controlling the performance of your team.
  • You plan the right personnel deployment and thus secure the capacities in your team.
  • You control the day-to-day business and are the first point of contact for all emerging issues.
  • You lead and develop your employees.
  • You are involved in personnel selection and hiring and look after your team members beyond the induction phase.
  • You are in close contact with other departments in the company. 
Qualifications & Skills
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as an specialist, or are willing to obtain it.
  • You have several years of experience in customer service in sales or other outbound areas / or you have first management experience.
  • You fill the topic of customer service with life and you are a role model for your employees, both professionally and personally.
  • Your positive energy is contagious and you develop a good team spirit.
  • You are stress-resistant and always stay calm and friendly. 
  • Tech affinity and commercial talent are among your strengths.
  • You have a distinct service and service experience.
  • You have a good command of MS Office.
  • You are native in spoken and written Spanish
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English.
  • You have already gained initial experience with CRM tools ( highly desirable).
